Hi everyone,
I've got a little issue here. I've got an entry point to the employees, where my ITIL Users can see a bunch of information about this person in related lists.
No the lists, i'm planning do do refer to table names, which I don't want to have in the Lable of the related list.
e.g. in our incident table, we got different categories of Tickets... and I want one related list for each of them.
Now, when I build new entry for the related list in the view, I can build it on:
incident.caller_id
and filter for the category.
That works good aside from the naming of the related list.
There is of course, another possibility to build a releationship and do my filter with "addQuery". Then I could name the list, like I want
but the list cannot be filtered by the supporter, using the filter builder...
So it also is not, what I really need.
regards
Christian

Hi Thijs,
Thanks for your reply.
yes, I CAN do that BUT if I have the same table in the related list twice, guess, what happens?
Right, both are renamed since this is not for the related entry but for the table, i relate.

Hi Christian,
I've not yet tried this myself but are you using defined related lists?
Maybe those names would actually be separated if you create different lists.
