Rename Swimlane Name in Agile Board (Sprint Tracking) VTB

Hay,

in the ServiceNow Docs is a Screenshot of a VTB with the Story_Titel as the SwimlaneNAME

In our Instance they show the Storynumber... How can i change this?

They have to develop! It is a much requested tool

You can use a dictionary override. It's not a beautiful solution, but it helps a lot agile teams while daily meetings... Around here, we decided to use this way.

 it is very simple.

You just need to select the "Short description" instead of "Number" on the swimlane field.

Short description is not an option to select.  Also that would wind up showing me a swimlane for every individual scrum task.  That's not the desired outcome.

It is working for me with the state only.

Build a query from the list layout using "show related lists" and then create a visual taskboard.
