Renaming fields for CSM/FSM Configurable CASE form without affecting CASE native UI

Hi guys,

We have a requirement where we have to rename few fields of CASE which should not affect Native UI. Changes only should reflect in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.

If anyone have solution/suggestion, please reply.

@Prabhakaran P1 Then it is not possible to do , you can do for normal fields but not for Journal fields.
