Renaming uploaded attachment in workspace

How to rename of attachment which is already uploaded in agent workspace. Currently I can see error message when try to rename the attachment.

I believe you are removing the file extension and hence it's not allowing.

Just change the name and keep file extension and it should work

@SomashekarB6490 Aligned with what Ankur mentioned here. You must be trying to rename the file without providing the extension here hence the error is popping up. Please make sure to keep the file extension intact while renaming the file and the rename operation will take place without any issues in workspace.

Without attachment, it is not possible for system to validate, so keep the extension and then rename.
