Renaming uploaded attachment in workspace

How to rename of attachment which is already uploaded in agent workspace. Currently I can see error message when try to rename the attachment.

I believe you are removing the file extension and hence it's not allowing.

Just change the name and keep file extension and it should work

Without attachment, it is not possible for system to validate, so keep the extension and then rename.

But for the fulfiller who doesn't have admin role is not allowed to edit the attachment label. How can fulfiller rename the attachment label.
