Reopen SCTASK

User opened the SCTASK in two tabs, in one tab user closed the task and immediately changed the state in second tab, the task went to Work in progress again, need to stop this thing. Please suggest me how can I stop this activity. Once SCTASK closed we can't able to reopen.

You'll need a 'Deny if' write ACL on the State field with the condition of the current state, or to prevent any changes to the record you can use a before Update Business Rule on the sc_task table with the Filter Conditions Active = false AND State changes, then check the Abort actions box on the Actions tab, or add a script to only prevent the State field from changing.

It is not a case which happens regularly, generally when user opens same record in 2tabs as soon as action taken in one , 2nd tab also get update until unless someone change immediately which I think not a case here.
