Reply all E-mail

Hello,

 

I am facing an issue with reply all option. If I am replying to an email thread using reply all I get one user email and the sys id for the second user (see attached image). Any idea?

Is this happening for all type of records like Incident/case?

Is this happening in all your instances? 

I suggest rising ServericeNow Hi support case for this.
