Error Creating App In 'App Engine Studio'

I just launched a new Quebec PDI and trying to create a new app using the App Engine Studio. I changed the scope to App Engine Studio and created a new update set. In App Engine Studio, Create App, fill in the name and click continue. I get this error: 'Failed to create templated object, details: This scope is already taken by another application'. Am I missing something?

Just tried on my PDI and seems to be working fine

Thank you for the response. After retrying this morning, it worked fine. Not sure what was going on, maybe some parts of the new PDI were still initializing.

Experiencing this in a lab instance, same error message - I don't see any input on fix other than try at a later time

Same here, same error on attempting to simply initially create an app in a lab instance
