Can you please help me with this requirement:

Show if a ticket has gone without update for 48 hours, 49 hours -7 days, 8 days-15 days and 16-30 days and list the tickets ticket number, priority, assignee group, assignee, customer name, customer.

Hi @Pradeepa Boopat ,

 

According to your requirement, you can create a report through report designer and utilize report ranges as described in this link: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/concept/c_ReportRa... 

 

This will give you your first requirement in a column chart. Afterwards, if you click one of the columns, you get a list view with your second requirement for getting: number, priority, assignee group, assignee, customer name, customer.
