Can you please help me with this requirement:

"Look up manager and shows all agents under that managers and their ticket counts for each field FOR EACH QUEUE: Submitted last 24hrs, Resolved/Closed last 24, Submitted last 7 days. Total open tickets. Backlog > 7d Greater than or equal to 1

CellLast Updated by Customer/Contact Greater than or equal to 1
CellPending & Last Updated by Assignee > 2d Greater than or equal to 1
CellHigh Priority Open > 24hr Greater than or equal to 1
