Can you please help me with this requirement:

List reassignment count, average assignment and pull tickets with above average reassignment counts.

@Pradeepa Boopat Incident table has an OOTB field called reassignment count. You can use this in reporting to return lists where example, Incidents have a reassignment count GREATER THAN 1 or 0. 

 

For more advanced reporting around reassignment, Performance Analytics is required
