Hi all, when I attempt to configure a report function field to reduce the character limit of a field on the report, I am not seeing the expected results.
I am attempting to limit the field, "work_notes". In this example, to 50 characters, however, I've tried multiple different values.
When I pull the field into my report though, this is the outcome (names have been removed for privacy). I also have tried this with two different fields, work_notes and description. Below is a comparison between my function field and the default "work_notes" field.
