Hi Experts,
We are using the WalkUp Module and need the appointment to be auto-cancelled, if the user does not show up at the scheduled appointment time.
Is there any feature available in ServiceNow Zurich Build?
Expected behavior :
If a user did not checked in within the scheduled appointment timeframe (for example, 15 minutes after the start time), the appointment should be automatically cancelled.
Actual behavior:
The appointment remains active even after the check-in period has passed.
Auto-cancellation does not trigger if the user fails to check in.
