Hi,
'
need help for downloading Report in excel format.
the process i followed is as below.
goto Reports -> Create new -> View the list of incidents
when configured and Clicked on Run it got saved
Now when i try to download it was showing only pdf option to download,
How to download in Excel format.

Hi @Are Kaveri
You can export a list report as an Excel spreadsheet by right-clicking any column header and selecting Export > Excel.
if you want a button to be avaiable for export excel then you would have to create a custom UI script to do it... i hope this info helps
