I need to create a report on the sn_customerservice_case table to see how many users have been emailing a particular email address.

Peter we were contacted by one of our account managers stating that customers have been emailing the wrong support address, we have now been tasked to find out how many have been doing so.

This wrong support address is also being received on the instance?
If so, how can you define if the wrong address is used? Is it a specific email address for a specific Service for example?

I have just created a test email by emailing the address in question and I can see it in the email logs.
So users are emailing for example support@snow.com with no bounce back a mentioned its coming into the system but not doing anything with it.
