Email reports which were working prior to upgrade are now being said as sender does not have access to this report. Does anyone facing the same issue?

Hi @Shaik Sohail ,
Have you checked if there is any ACL which is restricting the access to the reports?
Please mark correct if my response has solved your query.
Cheers,
Mohammed Basheer Ahmed.

I have checked the ACLs. It doesn't seem to be ACL issue. The same report is working in the instance which is not upgraded.

- After the upgrade it seems that the report_view ACLs can't be disabled and have to be updated
- Updated the ACLs for incidents, tasks, change requests and requested items (only read ACL's), so now the users are able to see the reports.
NOTE: you should update the ACL's for the tables that we are using (incidents, tasks, change requests and requested items). If you are using different tables you should update the ACL's for them too.
