Report on articles revised in last 6 months

Hi All,

I have to create a report to see the articles that are revised in last 6 months. I can see the Revised by field but there is no field to capture revised date. Could you please help me in fetching this data.

Did you check for Modified On field at the article level.

We have 'Updated' field which captures last modification date and time but it will not work in case if we modify anything in article after it get revised.

Correct there is no revised Date, you can do this#

Create a metric to capture the KB, went in Revised state/ Reviewed state in last 6 month [ Put From Publish to Draft]

Then add published date to get that count.
