report on catalog task variable

Hello All,

I need to get a report which gives the RITM Number Task Number and Variables in one record.I have created a database view with sc_item_option_mtom and sc_task table.Now it is coming like below.

Is there any way to get the report like RITM,Task,IP address,Class,LifecyclePhase etc.

Please suggest on the same.

any solution in eureka is going to be VERY complex and a hit on the system other than the community plug in... any reason you aren't looking at upgrading to fuji/geneva??

i would personally recommend getting the system upgraded to fuji or geneva as y ou will probably spend the same number of development hours on the upgrade as you would getting this working!!

use your community servicenow credentials. it works with that.

on share, search for 'Report on variables from RITM' then download it.

You could easely make your report on variables.
