Report on open incidents with Incident tasks

Hi all,

I need help to create a report on open incidents that have Incident tasks associated in the Incident task related list.

The report has to check if the incident has an incident task present on the related list and then generate the report if yes. ANy suggestions on how I can achieve this?

(incident_task is an OOB table that extends Task)

report on task table

filter condition would be Task Type is Incident Task and select the column Incident [Incident Task]. refer the above screenshot .

Hi Shalini,

As suggested by harshvardhansingh you can report on Task table.

Alternatively you can report on Incident Task table as well

which would require same steps to be followed as suggested above.

Hi This selection is not available from my service now, do you need administrator account to have this report generated ?
