Report on PA dashboard

There is a PA dashboard with a breakdown source, according to the element selected in it reports would be visible to the users. Currently if nothing is selected then report is showing the total count. Now the ask is whenever no element is selected on it the reports should show default count as zero.

How can this be achieved?

Hi @kanishka_bhasin ,

This is not how the ServiceNow reporting capabilities works. In general, if no interactive filter/breakdown is selected, the report score will show as created without filter.
