Report on reassigning a ticket from one user to another user

I am trying to create a report that will tell me who on my team is reassigning their tickets to other technicians, meaning, they receive a ticket that is assigned to them, but they reassign that ticket to someone else (assigned to field).  I need to see who the ticket was originally assigned to and also, I need to see who it was re-assigned to, and if it was re-assigned again after that.  Can anyone help?  Thanks so much!

Hi @Margaret3

You need to use / create the metric on Assigned to Field and then you do the reporting. OOTB Metrcis

Like we have Assignment group, same way you can create for Assigned To.

Ok, Im still not sure how it works.  I created the metric.  I think I did it right.  Can you indicate what should go in those fields?  I have never done this before.  And also indicate how to run the report?  I would really appreciate it!  Thanks!

Hi @Margaret3

To create report with metric table , we need to create a DB with Incident and then in reporting it willl work.

Today's focus revolves around the art of crafting reports from metrics. I've delved into the process of establishing metric definitions, setting up database views,
