Report reference column

Hello Guys!

 

Do you know if it is possible to use dotwalking and show columns from incident_sla table if report is created based on incident table. I need to be able to assign tickets to group and user to assigned to, thats why i need to use incident table.

The same i have to do on sc_req_item.

I tried and checked firleds in filter however i cant find columns i need or create dotwalking.

I need Business elapsed percentage, Business time left.

Want to know if it is possible in report?

Hi @FotinaG ,

 

Remember that there is a difference according to what a dashboard is meant for and not meant for. When you talking about assignment directly from dashboard, then you're mixing things up. Why not leverage the SOW or any other workspace and the list view that comes with it?
