Report shared to the user via catalog item but not able to see the report data

Hi Team, I have created one catalog item to add the user/groups to shared list of reports. once form has been submitted automatically user/group has been added to the shared list of report (Record will create in table sys_report_users_groups) but users are not able to view the report data and getting error message like ''Report visible only to a specific user or group''.
I have checked user profile and having full access to view the data, also observed one thing. When I click on (i) icon on report its not showing new data still showing old data of shared user/group. Attached document for reference.

Thanks for sharing the details. It seems that the flow is performing the same tasks as the manual process, making the necessary entries in the table. For me, this could be a caching issue. Try removing this user and then share the report with them as part of the manual process to see if the user still experiences the issue
