Hi,
I am trying to share my report with other user but when I impersonate this user I cant find this report.
Does this user that reports are shared with requires a specific role? I would also need the report data to be readonly.
Thanks!

What do you mean with 'data needs to be read only'? If a user has edit rights on the data, you can't make it read only through a report.
The user will at least need access to the data. Also: check the report_view acl's.
But the report should be there if you shared it, because then it would open the report, saying that there is no access to the data. How did you share it? What roles does the user have?

1.What do you mean with 'data needs to be read only'?
The user with whom the report is shared should not be able to change the data therefore it should be only readonly records (it s a list report)
2. But the report should be there if you shared it,
Indeed, Is shared the report with this user but I tested it by impersonating him and I do not see this report
3. Is there a role that is required to actually see the report that are shared with him?

Again: your report can't prevent the user to edit the data on the report if he has edit rights on the table from which the data is coming. If he has those rights, he can change the data.
The user needs access to the data to see the data in the report (read rights on the table at least). And a shared report must be visible for the user. Did you select 'all' when searching for the report?

So you can share reports with users directly, however there are a few things to consider. First when sharing a report with someone, you they must be able to view the data/table that is being reported to see the data inside the report, but doesn't prevent them from seeing the report in general. Also, in the sharing section of the report, located here in this picture.
It will only require a role specifically to see the report in general if you fill in the box with a role, where it says requires role as pictured.
When searching for the report on the user, make sure to search All and not My reports pictured here.
