Dear All,
We have a requirement to create a report on incident table to find the total number of worknotes and Additional comments attached to each incident.
Is this possible.Please let me know.

This works perfectly for INC. Can this same thing be done for requests? We have our system set so that customer comments made on the RITM push down to all SCTASKs. Can I check for customer comments or work note updates, for a certain assignment group?
