Report to show Incident survey responses with assignment group

-just need the list of records with INC number and assignment group

but unable add the task_assessment_details table in database views. Please suggest me the right way

Please refer the below and create the database view. And create a report on the database view table to  get the necessary fields like ctask number, assignment group, view surveys etc.

still, didnt met the requirement . please could you create a database view for asmt_assessment_instance

asmt_metric

task table.

Hi @Mounika30 ,

It is for Request the survey would trigger not for task, so the above solution would work for Requests as well.( that is to report "asmt_assessment_instance" or "asmt_metric" tables.

Please correct me if I am wrong @AndersBGS .
