Report to show list of agents and count of tickets who have resolved less then two tickets per day

Need to show a trend kind of report that will show the agent names the count of tickets (0-2), that are resolved but the count is less then 2 per day.

In standard reporting, it is not possible to get a count more than 2, you need to use PA for the same.
