Need to have a report which is displaying the below Operational status and its change in numbers on monthly basis.

Installed
Build complete
In active
Commissioned
Please let me know if there is any suggestions/solution.

If you need to display changes on a monthly basis, you need to utilize performance analytics.

As mentioned correctly by @AndersBGS you need to use PA. I am thinking metrics but that will tell you how many time a records moved between the status. Might be give a try.

Hi @Community Alums
I want to go for metrics first. Create a metric on the status, then create a database view with the CMDB table and metric and use that DB view for the report. You can check ootb metric on incident state and same DB view as well.
