Reports - Calculation

I have a below requirement

Below scenario where request will be marked pass or fail based on department performance.

Reporting will be taken on monthly basis.

RITM1 -Parent Department A- Child Department A1 - Pass

RITM2-Parent Department A-Child Department A2 -Fail

RITM3-Parent Department A - Child Department A3 - Pass

RITM4 -Parent Department B- Child Department B1 - Pass

RITM5-Parent Department A-Child Department B2 - Pass

RITM6-Parent Department A - Child Department B3 - Pass

I want to create a consolidated reports for Department A and B

If any of the RITM of Child department is fail, it should show Parent Department as Fail in report

Is there any calculation logic available in reports to achieve this

Are these fields on the form(s) or variables? What kind of fields are these? References? I don't see any logic in your 'fail' or 'pass', but if you can query to the logic, you will be able to show the 'fail' records. Just not sure if you need this on RITM or on Department level. If you can utilize the related list query here, you may be able to get what you want, but I have no way of checking on it, because I don't see the logic.
