In the list view of reports how can I change the "created by user"?

If I understood , correctly, you want to populate the value for created by user for other reports as well in list view

yes it can be do able

Select the record

press shift and down arrow key and do.

What is the business requirement and why would you like to change this behavior? This is default the person that have created the report, and should not be changed.
