I have created a report in the development instance and moved to the test instance everything migrated to test but the sharing settings in the reports I have shared with two groups those were not reflecting in test instance how can we capture and make reflected in test instance?

I believe the sharing option wasn't captured in the updated set. You can share it directly in the test instance.

report sharing does get captured in update set.

I shared it with groups and it showed in update set

same groups are present in next instance with same sysIds?

If yes then it should work

If not then you need to manually give the sharing permissions in next instance

Hi @gpanabaka,

You can navigate to the Table named as "Report Users and groups" by typing "sys_report_users_groups.LIST" in Application Navigator and put filter with report id and you can try to export the excel to TEST Instance.
