Request catalog item in virtual agent

I am trying to create a topic to raise request using topic block to order an id card 
But the topic block is not working

The issue it is not working in yokohama instance but same is working in  washington

In the end it is just giving thanks

For me also it is not working , What would be the resolution for ?  it is in the yokohama
