Request for Automation: Daily Catalog Task Creation (SCTASK) – 12:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday

I have a requirement where I need to automatically create a catalog task (SCTASK) daily from Monday to Friday at 12:30 PM IST. Each task should include the following details:

• Short Description
• Description
• Assignment Group

Could you please advise on the best approach to implement this automation? If possible, I would appreciate it if you could share a sample script or a complete solution that can help achieve this.

catalog tasks should be linked with RITM and RITM should have REQ

That's how the Service Catalog works

Why catalog tasks with no RITMs?

Not an ideal use-case.
