Requested for in request summary

Hi Team 

on portal after submitting the catalog item we are getting request summary- 1.submitted 2.request number 3. estimated delivery ---on portal customer wants "requested for" as well in that request summary can anyone suggest me how to add requested for in request summary sharing screen shot for reference

Hi @shabbir9 ,

Navigate to the Service catalog -> My Request Filter -> and open the record  " Service Catalog Request Portal "  and add "Requested for" to Secondary fields to display
