'Requested For' user and 'Opened By' fields have to be different

Hi,

I have a scenario where I have to test where 'Requested For' user and 'Opened By' fields has to be different. I tried to submit the catalog item, and opened it by impersonating with another user. Still I am seeing myself in both the fields. Kindly help.

When you submitting the catalog item, did you put other user name in Request for?

I have impersonated the user and submitted the catalog form. Still getting the impersonated user in both the fields.

If you impersonate and create a request, at the end when submitting the request in pop up window you will option to put requested For , there you can put other user name.
