Requested Item not displaying request details

Hi, 

I'm creating a new request item based on a multirow variable set, this request item however is not displaying the same 'request details' that display on the original req item that's created based on the 'trigger' of the flow

(item created in the flow)

(request item created in the trigger)

(flow step creating the record)

I've attempted this approach however, whenever i try to add the multirow variable set and/or the attachments to the work notes, it comes out as blank and nothing gets added

Besides, i need to create a new RITM and need to have the data in the ' request details' section as seen in my screenshots of my post, i can't have the information just on the work notes

Hello.  I have the same issue as mipalm.  The "Original Request" tab is blank.  The "Variables" details are showing in the main RITM Form instead and is editable, which is not the desired state.  We want to capture the "Original Request" as it was submitted by the requester when created from the Record Producer.
