If I create a incident which assigned to a user(e.g David Loo),then it can be showed up on the time sheet portal automatically.
But when I create a requested item which assigned to the user,it cannot showed up on the time sheet portal automatically.

Add 'sc_req_item' table to the instance and save it

But when I add the requested item to the time sheet,the Number doesn't be displayed.

there is no this request item's Number, only[Task work]words was showed up.
