Requested item view not showing all variables

When requesting through self service portal all the fields are visible

When going to the RITM last few fields are missing in the Variable details

UI policy is set to apply on Catalog task , RITM and Task view , but the issue is not yet resolved

What could be the issue and how it can be resolved

Hi Vishnu,



If you are using Workflow you can check for the variable section which shows something as below:

Add list of variables you want to be visible on the form from Available to selected section.


This is only applicable for the tasks. The questions concerns about displaying the variables on the Requested item itself. I have the same issue in Paris still.

Did you check for UI Policies, Client Scripts & are those configured with one of below.
