Requester can edit the form but not the approvers

Hi,

I have a service Catalog which has the workflow with only approvers, and no tasks. Is there a way possible for the catalog item that the requester can edit the RITM, but not the approvers. Can you give idea how can it be done? Kindly help.

Hi @Community Alums ,

In order to edit on a RITM record, the approving user should have one of the following roles as per the sc_req_item table ACLs.

1. itil

2. sn_request_write

3. business_stakeholder
