Due to inactive of PDI since 10 days it is released to pool. However, I am trying to request instance with tokyo version but it is moved to waitlist. How much time it will take to provide me instance?
Thank You

Hi @SaiVasanth ,
The waitlist time nobody can assure you as in how long you need to wait as this is automatically gets assigned as per any instance availability.

Hi @Community Alums my PDI instance was reclaimed without a warning email, that I usually used to receive before the 10th day, for the past 2+ years. After my PDI was upgraded to Tokyo Patch 4 last month, the inactive alert emails stopped and I lost my instance.
Was there a change in the policy to shut down email alerts to users?
Thanks,
Mike

Hi @mmm2025 ,
I undertstand from where you are coming from as this is something we have started noticing in past few months. But, ServiceNow doesn't support anything related to PDIs unfortunately. You will have to wait until you get your new PDI assigned.
