Are you referring to your personal developer instance? You can go to the developer homepage, on the right side under My Instance click Manage Instance, click the Actions drop down menu, select Reset admin password.
From Application search navigation---> users----> search for desired user and select it----->from where you can select an option called (PASSWORD NEEDS RESET) .
from the user login it will ask to change the Password
