Zurich Patch 1 Hotfix 1a
When creating Resource Assignments, the options for effort type are Hours, FTE, or Person days but for Operational Assignments the options for effort type are Hours and % Capacity.
Is it possible to include % Capacity as an option for Resource Assignments? If so, what needs to be done to make this work? It is apparently possible to import resource assignment data with effort type as % Capacity but the option isn't available when creating a new resource assignment manually.
