Resource Management Report color change logics

Is there any way to customize logic color change in Resource Report ? I want all negative hours to be painted in red instead of white like this.

OOTB resource management reports users following colors:

If, want to change something , look for Name as "resource_plan".

I changed one of the colors and it affects all the reports not the negative hours. Is there any way to apply specific colors to specific hours in the Resource Management Report.
