Hi,
I am generating a Response SLA report for cases in CSM workspace. There were cases reported in both March and April 2024. However, when I generated April report, I found zero Response SLA for the cases even though there are cases in the month of April.
No changes was done to the configuration as I was able to generate the report for month of March.
Can anyone advise on this?
