Hi All,
Although the SLA is defined and it is showing up in Catalog Task, once the 'Task' put to 'Work in Progress', the Resolution SLA is not stopping. The 'Stop Time' is not getting populated. Can someone please help with what is missing?
Thanks and Regards,
Saurabh Chatterjee
