I have a scenario, where I need that if I posted the worknotes on task those notes should be visible only to me.
If another user open that same task he/she should not be able to see the worknotes posted by me on that task.
(Worknotes content to be user specific)

I am not sure if that is possible. Or even a truely wanted scenario. Worknotes are there to share. Im not sure if you can limit access based on who created or so.
What you can do however, is add an additional journal and by acl restrict access to the extra journal. Basicly the same as comments vs worknotes. only then something as comments vs worknotes vs high secure worknotes.
I had done this with an integration journal where integration would place technical comments that were only usefull for an adminitrators. So only administrators got access to the journal.

Hi Shivangi,
You would be required to create a new field similar to work notes, a journal entry type.
Once created you need to create a new read ACL on that custom field.
In the condition put field_name created by me
