Hi all,
I am looking to restrict a catalogue item on the portal so that it can only be requested on its own and not as part of a bundle so therefore, on one REQ it only has one RITM associated to it. For example a particular cat item such as a mobile phone cannot be requested at the same time as a laptop, or a mouse etc. Can someone advise the best way to achieve this and how?
Thanks in advance.

In the Catalog Item definition - where you define the variables, description, etc. there is a Portal Settings tab. Check the box that says 'Hide Add to Cart' and the users will only be able to Order Now. Even if the user already has items in a cart, 'Order Now' will only submit the request for the item being viewed - not in addition to the cart item(s).

Hi,
I have done this and although it hides add to cart there is no way to order the item as there is no order now button.

Is there an Order Now button before checking this box? There is a way to also hide the Order Now button. On the main Catalog Item definition form, add the Use cart layout and No order now fields, if they are not already visibile. When you uncheck Use cart layout, No order now appears. If this box is checked, you'll want to uncheck it so that you have an Order Now button.

No there is only 'add to cart' button before checking the box. I have tried what you have mentioned but doesn't appear. Could be the customised widget I guess.
