Restrict Now Assist in Virtual chat based on roles.

Hello Good day!!

I am trying to restrict Now Assist in Virtual chat by configuring Agent chat in Portal based on Roles as below.

 

By configuring the lowest ordered record under [Service Portal >> Agent chat ] with the corresponding record producer as per the following ServiceNow Doc.

 

But the restricts doesn't applies based on the selected Roles within the configuration.
