Restrict number of notifications for a task_sla record

Hi all,

I want to restrict the number of notifications to 2 where for a specific task_sla record, the 'actual elapsed percentage' is in the range from 85 to 95. I have put the conditions as below, but it is getting triggered every time there is an update:

I am thinking of using a flow with the same triggere conditions, with trigger set to 'Run only once'. But is there any other way of restricting the number of notifications for a particular record?
