Restricting cases to Agent or his assigment group on Dashboard report

Hi All,

I have requirement to restrict access to cases to "Customer Service Agent" from another another agents of different assignment groups. Since agents are able to create dashboards with reports from another user as well.4.png

Is there a way to modify this filter or some ACL level stuff to hide cases created by other users?

Hi @Vivek Prakash 

 

I am not 100% sure but it can be done via ACL. in ACL you need to write code, user can see only records of his /her group. 

 

I remember @swathisarang98 or @SwathiSarang  created ACL for this earlier and it worked.
